Hi I am Celyn, a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and Sports Management graduate with over four years of self-employment experience. I offer an extensive range of services: 1-2-1, duo, and trio personal training, group monthly packages, monthly online programs and expertise as a certified spin instructor and sports massage therapist.
My fitness journey is both inspiring and deeply personal. A former national-level rugby player for Wales, I have firsthand experience of the mental and physical benefits of exercise, having turned to fitness as a powerful tool in my own battle with an eating disorder during my teenage years.
My approach is holistic and transformative, focusing not just on physical training but also on lifestyle changes that positively impact mental well-being. My commitment to inclusivity is evident through my collaboration with a local care organisation, where I conduct rewarding sessions for individuals with various disabilities. My philosophy is centered around empowering my clients, helping them appreciate their bodies’ capabilities, and guiding them towards becoming fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier.

Duo/Trio Sessions
Elevate your training experience by partnering up! These sessions blend the benefits of personal attention with the dynamic energy of working out with a friend or in a small group. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about building relationships and sharing the journey towards better health, with my guidance.

Training
4 week block training package: Max 15 people per group, 3 groups run every month (male & female)
Group 1- Mondays 7pm & Saturdays 7am
Group 2- Wednesdays 6am & Saturdays 8am
Group 3- Wednesdays 7pm & Fridays 5pm
Group training allows you to remain motivated and determined while achieving results. Training as part of a group also allows you to socialise with new people. Group training is known for making clients more confident which results in them being able to go to the gym themselves or take part in other classes outside the group packages.
Group packages run on a first come first serve basis.
